Sandvik Assistant interview questions

The interview process was mostly fair (adequate time was given to prepare for the interview, interviewers were listed beforehand, questions during the interview were appropriate and relevant to the role). I was told I'd get an answer by the end of the week , but was ghosted. I tried emailing and calling the interviewer and my calls were ignored. About a month later, I got an email from the HR department saying I'd been rejected, with no explanation or feedback.
