I've completed interviews for 3 positions with Sanford in the last 6 months -- one phone interview, two live video interviews, and two on-demand video interviews -- and there was no follow-up by Sanford after the interviews until I initiated contact with them. In other words, I interviewed with 3 people from Sanford, and no one bothered to follow-up with me to let me know that I was not moving forward. I have no problem if it was decided not to move forward with me, but have the professional courtesy to initiate follow-up with the candidate.
