Showed up to the interview on time, I interviewed with the manager and the assistant manager. I sat there and answered typical interview questions from the manager, while the assistant manager sat quietly next to me. It was very awkward. They say to give great eye contact while interviewing. I didn't get to do that since the manager was looking straight down at the paper reading every question, robotic like. I would say answers and leave them open ended for them to give me some type of feedback, but they would just move on to the next question.
