Skype interview, a HR manager reached out to me and arranged the interview in a week, I did get the offer but they turned me down becuz I was a foreigner even tho i told them i could extend my work permit

It went very well, very direct and thorough. The interviewer wasn't mean. The whole process wasn't uncomfortable. It was like just relating with another person. Overall good interview process. Would rate it 7 over 10
1:1 interview with the team lead. Very few technical questions, more of a conversation. This is NOT a case, the main objective is to test the synergy with the team lead.
