I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sanofi (São Paulo, São Paulo) in Feb 2024
Interview
Tranquilo e transparente. Processo começou com consultoria externa: pouca informação sobre a vaga e muitas perguntas. Segunda etapa com o gestor da vaga: entrevista técnica. Terceira etapa com RH: entrevista por competência.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sanofi (Portland, OR) in Aug 2022
Interview
I only got through the screening call interview. I felt it was very impersonal. Usually these type of calls start by the interviewer giving a description of the position. But my experience with Sanofi was she just jumped in asking questions including salary requirements. I feel like they failed to realize this is a two way process. I'm trying to determine if the position is a good fit for me, just as much as they are trying to decide if I'm a good fit for them.
Fair process in the interview and questions are reasonable the process was good to go through and the interviewers were pleasant and good to talk to
Overall it was a good process to be in and was asked good questions
