Multi-round interviews with panels utilizing STAR methodology. Interviewed with team, manager, manager's manager, stakeholder and other business partners. Overall about 5 hours+ found out a lot of great information regarding culture, benefits and company strategy. Highly recommend this process as it gave me a good understanding on whether I would be a good fit for the organization or not.

Not difficult, easy to follow and concise as compared to the market. From initial screen to final interview, it's easy. Just be prepared to talk about your goals and how do they meet company needs.
