Odd hiring process in many ways.Applied on their site. Got a 3:00am bot text to compete their 'diversity' optional site. Questions asked were am I gay? Asexual? Agender, etc, etc. HR interview in June 2023. Nothing after that. Then a bot scheduled me in end Nov for a Zoom call with the hiring manager. Liked her. She scheduled me for a 4 panel interview. Were more interested in WHY I left my previous company, rather that what I brought to the table. Following day, got a rejection notice.
