I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Sanofi
Interview
applied through university internship program. Got an email about a month later to come for an one on one interview. The interview itself was very comforting and not too formal. getting the interview took about a month but getting the offer only took about 2 days. they asked many general questions mostly related to behaviour skills. started the interview with 'tell me about yourself' question. I obviously had the script memorized for this question but the interviewer also knew it was right from the script. but after few formal interview questions, it was more of a conversation type interview where I would talk about stuff on my resume and lead on to leadership skills and how I would fit in this environment and they would lightly comment on my answers.
