First round was behavioral questions with a Director. 2nd-technical with questions about SQL, panel style. I had to remotely access a windows machine and write SQL queries for a sample database. Make sure you know your SQL.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Santa Clara Family Health Plan in Nov 2022
Interview
Process was slow. Phone screen interview with HR. After that an hour long technical interview - it's all SQL. That part was fun, the only negative aspect was that it was over a poor RDP connection. After that it was a panel interview with all the manager (they have a lot of managers). The CTO seemed kind of weird. Essentially kept asking me how hard I'd work and wanted me to say I'd work weekends/nights. Then they asked for references. Two of my references reached out to me and shared they had a negative experience with the HR person that reached out. They said she asked a lot of stupid questions.

Question 1
Technical part is SQL and some .NET DB reading. It's open book. Panel interview is mostly cool. I think they want you to say you'll be willing to grind nights/weekends.
