Very informal and casual. I met with a professor, explained why I was interested in this position and how my volunteer experience/extraciricular activities played to my strengths. I was asked if I knew how to use a couple data bases and I said I did not but that I was eager to learn and that I picked up new processes easily. Expressing interest in both the work and end goal seemed to please my interviewer.
