Long process. Apply online through website > Wait for email asking you to complete two online tests > Competency based phone interview > One to One interview in branch.
If you're successful, you will need to pass pre-employment checks prior to starting.

Had to go online for a video interview (same day as I applied) and answer basic customer service questions which where not difficult. The setup to access the service was quite easy too.

Applied online via indeed and had a video interview within about a month after applying. Not a difficult process and questions were mainly behavioural questions centred around communication skills and problem solving in different situations
