Longer than expected but typical of role type. Telephone interview followed by face to face interview and group presentation l. Straightforward customer service based answers used as examples seem to work well

Had to go online for a video interview (same day as I applied) and answer basic customer service questions which where not difficult. The setup to access the service was quite easy too.

Applied online via indeed and had a video interview within about a month after applying. Not a difficult process and questions were mainly behavioural questions centred around communication skills and problem solving in different situations
