Nel primo step c'era stata la chiamata del recruiter dove ponevano domande del tipo: Come sei venuto a conoscenza dell'annuncio, cosa fa Santander, come mai vuoi lavorare in questo settore. Nel secondo step è avvenuto il primo colloquio di presenza in cui mi hanno posto domande comportamentali, oltre del perchè mi interessasse il loro settore.

Che tipo di leader sei, come hai gestito situazioni con dati poco chiari o che trattavano argomenti che non conoscevo approfonditamente. Inoltre qualche domanda sulla teoria dei giochi.
The end to end application process is really smooth with only one interview (2 interviewers). HR is very efficient in interview confirmation and advise you the result within 3 days. The interview is nice and ask reasonable questions
zoom interview with random unprepped questions with 2 interviewers They talked alot about the company culture prompting a response and only halfway started talking about the actual job which I thought was strange however they asked me scenario based questions which were quite standard
three stages of interview, one technical, two soft skills, very nice atmosphere, all in English, they asked about technical knowledge of software and the typical HR questions, I don't know what else can I add here
