Interview conducted via video conference with the hiring manager and another manager. It felt a little clumsy and difficult to understand what they were looking for with limited structure. Whilst a relaxed culture is important, it didn't feel very professional, particularly for a senior role. The role job description and profile was not as expected when it was described in the interview, this could be improved so that the two are aligned and you know exactly what the role is before heading into the process. Did not hear back for three weeks and then had some calls cancelled at short notice for feedback. Can only assume it was not successful but haven't actually had this confirmed. My expectation of the role was not what to seems to be, but I didn't find that out until part way through the interview.
