Three rounds of interviews. First round phone interview. Second round Skype. Third round super day. Covid meant super day was virtual. Senior execs host super day interviews. One interview was case study presentation. Most questions were qualitative in nature with very few technical questions. Seems they are more interested in fit than expertise.

Interview
First round tech screen, and then straight to superday, was definitely a difficult process and would really prepare anything and everything about LBOs, overall very nice people with wide variety of backgrounds
3 rounds of interview, first 2 rounds with HR including one phone interview and one video interview, final rounds AC 4*30min including behaviour, case study and technicals, interview was not hard
