I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Santander (Liverpool, England) in Jul 2019
Interview
I had a phone interview scheduled via email with HR, they asked two questions which were 'name a time that you identified a risk' and 'name a time you have given great customer skills to a customer'. They told me that I had passed through to their interview day on that phone call and it was scheduled for the next week. The interview day consisted of a maths test, ice breakers, a group teamwork exercise, and then a formal interview. They called me the next day to tell me I got the job. Start date wasn't until 2 months after the interview.
