El proceso de Santander Tecnología a la hora de la entrevista es bastante completo, generalmente son mínimo 2 instancias de entrevista y máximo 3, con un challenge técnico para las posiciones de desarrollo.
La duración, en mi caso, fue de 2 meses pero cada entrevista aportaba mas información que la anterior.

Como resolverías ciertas situaciones.
Quick 15 minutes phone call, 1hr technical stage (no live coding, theoretical questions). You can expect questions regarding SQL (you have to tell what displayed query will do), designing databases, JavaScript and TypeScript questions
Single round interview. 30 minutes call with questions around my technical knowledge and ability to work in an startup environment. Friendly interviewers. Got an offer shortly after the call and accepted on that evening.

Un poco largo, tres entrevistas. Primera con RRHH, y una rápida prueba de Inglés; Segunda con el equipo del proyecto, técnica pero bastante distendida (al menos en mi caso), con alguna pregunta técnica pero bastante básica; tercera de nuevo con otra persona de RRHH, bastante larga y preguntas personales, alguna un poco fuera de lugar.
