I applied in early 2018 through Glassdoor. The process took about 3 weeks which consisted of 2 phone screens with HR and the hiring manager and an onsite visit for a half day. I felt a good positive feeling from the people I met and where the company is going. The interview went pretty well. Questions asked were a balance between technical knowledge and working with others. It took another 2 weeks for HR to follow up to see if a decision was made. They asked why they should hire me. This was a question that was asked during my onsite visit which was a red flag. Plus they shouldn't be a need to ask this again. Regardless, all my follow up emails afterwards went unanswered.
