The beginning of the process was fine. HR was responsive and engaged, the team seemed welcoming and a collaborative environment. Within a week or so of applying I was scheduled for an interview. I concluded the panel interviews and was told to wait to hear until the following week. At the end of the following week, there was no update from HR. A few days later, I emailed requesting a status update. I was told that they should know more in a few days. Two weeks later, not hearing a word, I requested another update. I never received an email reply but did get a generic automated rejection note later that day. Overall I am displeased that the company would treat candidates with a lack of respect by ghosting them. We understand if others get an offer, but we deserve the respect of getting feedback from the interviewing team. tl;dr: The interview was fine, but I was ghosted for a month afterwards by their HR team. Eventually I got an automated rejection notice and never received feedback from HR or the hiring manager.
