I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Sarepta Therapeutics
Interview
Contacted by HR followed by 1-on-1 technical interview with Hiring Manager (Principal Scientist). The HM was severely disinterested from the start, didn't ask any technical questions, seemed like wasting everyone's time. Didn't hear back until 6 weeks later. Invited for interview with 4 team members. Friendly people but again seemed like a formality with no interest in my skills, expertise, or background. Company culture seems very relaxed and unprofessional. HR representative was very professional and the only good thing about the company.
Straight forward, half day interview. Did not have to give a presentation. Initial phone screen with the hiring manager, followed up shortly with an onsite interview panel. Overall, was comparatively less intense of an interview process.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Sarepta Therapeutics (Cambridge, MA) in Apr 2022
Interview
The hiring manager will contact you to schedule a 30-minute pre-interview. Following that, you will be asked to meet with five potential colleagues from human resources and your potential teammate and director. If they believe you are a qualified candidate, the final round interview will consist of a one-hour presentation and a 30-minute chat with 8 colleagues.
It was a fantastic journey to chat with so many kind and wise people in the Sarepta.
