It was very relaxed. The usual interview questions. I was interviewing with 7 other companies and this was one of the more easier of the interviews that I had. I brought a copy of my cover letter and resume for the manager to review again. We shared stories of the industry back and fourth, which helped both of us build rapport. It helped us gauge if this would be a good fit personality wise and also professionally.

Easy, phone screening/interview followed up with in person interview. Easy and quick onboarding process, but you will just need to pass background check and drug test. Was able to star after that.

Phone call from Manager, same week in person interview. Totally ghosted by Manager, I emailed to follow up and no reply in two weeks. Position is still posted. Very disappointing and disrespectful.

It was very nice and practical. None of the unnecessary questions that don’t accomplish much. All questions were engaging and helpful. I also was given the opportunity to ask my two interviewers questions as well.
