I was called in to speak to the community manager. I met her at a different property than the one I would be working at. She was friendly and inviting. Interview questions were pretty simple, nothing out of the ordinary. She reviewed my resume and asked me basic questions like in the form of "what would you do if..." and "tell me about a time this happened and how did you deal with it".

Easy, phone screening/interview followed up with in person interview. Easy and quick onboarding process, but you will just need to pass background check and drug test. Was able to star after that.

Phone call from Manager, same week in person interview. Totally ghosted by Manager, I emailed to follow up and no reply in two weeks. Position is still posted. Very disappointing and disrespectful.

It was very nice and practical. None of the unnecessary questions that don’t accomplish much. All questions were engaging and helpful. I also was given the opportunity to ask my two interviewers questions as well.
