First contact took about 4 weeks from application. They reached out about a specific posting I applied to, but informed me that the position is no longer available on the call. I was referred to another opening that was available and had an interview with that direct supervisor. I had to follow up to get responses for scheduling the interview. I was told during the interview that a decision was to be made the following week and that I would hear back either way. I sent a thank you email after the initial interview and another follow up and received no responses to either. Very unprofessional, it takes less than 60 seconds to respond to an email to let a candidate know that you’ve moved forward with someone else.
