The interview was mostly conversational. It was designed to share information needed to make educated decision by both parties. Interview was entirely virtual. It included sessions with Human Resources, peers, and hiring manager. Each session lasted about half an hour. I thought it would be better if the session with the hiring manager was slightly longer, perhaps 45 minutes,
