competency based interview asking various questions about why I would suit this role, talked through my CV and career path to date, explained achievements and experience as to why I would be beneficial to this role and why I would suit this position.

This was a very straightforward and efficient process that included a virtual screening, then a 1:1 recruiter interview, followed by an interview with the hiring manager and two colleagues. The process led to quite a positive outcome.
