I originally applied for another position. During my teams video interview with the hiring manager, this position was mentioned and aligned more closely with my skills. I then video interviewed with three additional team members the following week and had an offer letter a few days later. Everyone was very upfront about rewards and challenges of the position, which was very appreciated.
