Poor. I was contacted over a month after I submitted my application to answer some supplementary questions. In that email I was told that they were "fast-tracking" the hiring for this position, and needed the responses back in 48 hours. I returned the answers, but wasn't contacted again for several weeks. They finally responded, inviting me for an interview. The HR person said the hiring manager would contact me within the next couple days to set up an appointment. Two weeks later, I contacted them again to inquire about the interview. When we finally scheduled the interview, they were ten minutes late to start. The interview questions were merely the exact same questions as the written questions. The entire process was quite unprofessional, and I'm disappointed that I didn't read the reviews about the company sooner.
