A future employee of the company can just walk in and inquire about a possible job vacancy. They will then ask you to apply online and schedule you for your first interview. During the first interview, the store manager will be using a questionnaire to ask questiona. Most of the questions are from past experiences and what you did about it. After the first interview, the store manager will schedule you for a second one.
