I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Scale

Process took over a month. Too many rounds, and too many hands in the pot. No way to know what disqualified me as everything was good until final round with a leader who I wouldn't even work with directly and was kind of rude. After a month of giving my time, 2 days later, a rejection. Recruiter stated they'd like to stay in touch and ghosted me. I probably dodged a bullet.
