I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Scale (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2020
Interview
A recruiter reached out and set up a phone interview for me with another recruiter. In that call, we went over work history, goals, and what the company and role was about. The call took about 30 minutes. They gave me detailed steps forward, and mentioned I would hear back in a few business days. One week later, I hadn't heard back, so I sent the initial recruiter a follow up email. That was almost a week ago as well, and no response. Overall, the two recruiters I communicated with seemed friendly and polite from the start, except the ghosting is anything but.
