I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Scale in Dec 2023
Interview
After a screening interview, had other 4 other interviews with different employees. Some 2 of those interviews were pretty good and actually liked the way they were conducted. The other 2 were kinda average in all. You need to be prepared to do minimum math in case they ask you a problem.
After five interviews, I'd recommend you give some follow up when you reject a candidate and not just an average rejection mail.
Great process, very quick in getting to the next stages, all the people were nice, very short and focused interviews, it is very useful to ask questions in the process
