I went straight to HM screen, assignment (took ~6 hours), 6 onsite interviews, then three weeks and three days later a vague rejection email with ambiguous and likely false rejection reason.
That being said, their general recruiting operations and candidate experience processes (email templates, expected comms, fully answering questions, timeliness, entire careers site) need a lot of help. I often would finish an interview and be left on read for days, never receiving proactive communications or having all of my (high-level) questions answered. In my years of professional experience, I have never gone through such a poor experience. It often felt very disrespectful of the large amount of time I spent participating in the process. I have plenty of feedback on the general treatment, but I assume if you are interviewing for a role that is more difficult to close you'll get kind, timely, and proactive communications. My red flags occurred throughout the entire process, but given the difficult hiring climate and business opportunity role presented I had "rose-colored glasses" until my vague, ambiguous rejection.
If you work in recruiting operations, spend some time on their career site for evidence they need more recops help, and do your due diligence in ensuring the quality of work the team puts out is in line with your expectations.
