Got reached out to by a recruiter. Did a first technical interview debugging some code. On-site was culture + research interview (open ended questions about LLMs + paper understanding) + coding interview classic LC-like question.
The interview process includes an initial call, followed by a home assignment, a live coding round, a technical interview, and concludes with the final round for decision-making and offer discussion.
