Interview
Interview consisted of one interview with the recruiter, two case studies with team members, and one final interview with the hiring manager. The case studies focused on presenting a business use case for AI and then answering a series of questions meant to evaluate how you would think about the problem.

From your past experience, what has been the most challenging task?
First step consisted of a quick behavioral fit call (~15 min)
Second step consisted of two interviews with technical managers composed of each of personal experience questions (2-3), one project case and finally Q&A (45 - 60 min per interview)

One case question was about starting an engagement in a new country and the question was about structuring that engagement including gathering the right stakeholders, phasing the project, the key activities to be undertaken etc. The interviewer aims to test both the analytical and creative capabilities
Super long interview process. I think I made it 5 rounds through a 7 round process.
Early rounds were tell me about your self type of questions.
There was a take-home component that seemed relatively straightforward where they give you a few prompts and you decide which one to make a presentation around.
The next few rounds were behavioral in nature with a focus on customer service.
No major curveballs as far as the behavioral questions.
