4 Rounds: phone screen, 2 light problem solving, 4 behavioral / light case studies, final interview with senior leader. Quite the lengthy interview process (~3 weeks, 9 interviews), felt duplicative. Team was respectful throughout, except for when I met with senior leaders. Final interview was with a "VP" and he was messaging on Slack throughout the interview, paused the interview to take a phone call, and acted like he did not have time to hear my experience. Was a really poor final experience.
