I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Scale (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2024
Interview
I interviewed for this role in August 2024. It included a phone screening with the recruiter, a screening with a hiring manager, a take-home assignment followed by a live presentation, and then three rounds of interviews (mix of problem-solving, behavioral and fit questions).
I finished interviewing on 8/19 and never heard back from my recruiter or anyone at Scale. I followed up with the recruiter twice in the last month via email for any update since the final round, and never heard back. A complete waste and disrespect of my time, and incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from the recruiting team. Very disappointing.
