Interview
Firstly, the recruiters don't get back to you if you don't clear the interview no matter how prompt they are during the interview process. Glassdoor is right, the ghosting is real. Also, the interviewers hardly let the candidate get a sense of why they should be joining Scale and assume that Scale is the best company out there that a candidate can possibly get. Entitlement didn't really seem to be a company value.
Lastly, from the conversations it sounds like the work life balance couldn't be worse anywhere than at Scale. My spouse and I coincidentally were both interviewing for separate roles. He rejected the offer while I never heard back after the onsite. Bullets dodged! If you have another option that pays 10-20k lesser and you aren't hard pressed for money, I'd say strongly consider it over Scale.
Mix of behavioral + Product sense cases. Ran over 5 weeks. Very comfortable interview experience and excellent coordination with HR teams. Challenging product cases, with large scopes and very AI-focused.

The interview process was pretty standard. I had heard mixed things about their culture, so I was mindful going in but the interviewers were professional. They also hinted the role could be quite busy with a large scope.
