Scale contacted me about the job. I had a phone screen with an offshore recruiter, did a digital case study, then did 4 interviews in their office, most of which were done virtually and I could have just done from home. Was then turned down by a generic system message. Case studies I did were poorly executed and I don't think anyone I interviewed with was actually trying to figure out if I was a fit.

Was approached through LinkedIn DM by the HM and promptly ghosted after scheduling the intro call. Multiple follow ups yielded no results. Not sure what the company is looking for.
Phone Screen, Technical, Behavioral, then another Technical / Case. Not complete yet so have not received verdict. Process has been easy thus far with regard to scheduling and communication. Straightforward experience.
