The recruiter initially reached out and was very kind, selling me on the role, company, and team, saying great things about management. However, the hiring manager was late to the interview, appeared cold and uninterested, the questions were very random, then also nitpicked answers, and didn’t leave any time for me to ask questions at the end. It felt like they were disengaged and dismissive throughout. Noticed they keep reposting the same roles, which says a lot. After this experience and reading other reviews, I definitely feel like I dodged a bullet on their culture.
