Interview Process Flow: HR Phone Screen > Hiring Manager Interview > Take Home Model (Building out a compensation model with data they provide you) > Present Model to Hiring Manager > Panel Interview (4 behavioral interview back to back) > Reference Check > Offer
This was probably one of the most frustrating interview processes I've ever experienced. At each stage I had to follow up with the recruiter several times to get the next round scheduled. After stringing me along for 2 months, making it through the whole process, they asked for a reference, reached out to them and then never followed up. They decided last minute to "up-level" the role to a "Manager" position instead of Associate and sent me an auto-reject email with no context. I followed up with the recruiter and hiring manager several times to get more context on what happened and when I finally got the recruiter on the phone, she was extremely short with me.
Really disappointing to hear that news in that way after what I thought was a great initial connection with the team.
