The interview process has a few rounds. It starts with a phone call from their internal recruiter who'll ask about your background and why you're interested in Scale AI. Pretty standard stuff to make sure you're both on the same page about the role.
After that, you'll have interviews with the hiring manager and other team members. One of these will be a problem-solving session where they give you a real scenario you'd face on the job - like figuring out production schedules or analyzing data in Google Sheets. They really want to see how you think through messy, real-world problems.
The whole thing takes about a month and is done over video calls. Fair warning though - they're upfront about the job being intense and fast-paced, so they're looking for people who can handle that kind of environment.
