Interview
I interviewed with 7 team members and most were friendly and professional. The recruiting coordinator was also great - very responsive and communicative. However my interview with the Hiring Manager was a negative experience; she was late and unprepared and spent most of the time talking about herself. The interview formats also differed from what was originally communicated, which was confusing. Several team members expressed some of their own frustrations with the team, the hours, and the workload, so not receiving an offer was likely for the best.
