Firstly, thank you for your feedback. Good or bad, seeing where we can improve is always valuable.
On this occasion, as the hiring manager, it was particularly disappointing to see you didn't have a good experience as it is something we have taken great pride in as we have grown the team.
There may be occasions where questions are repeated or asked in a different way; if we feel that the question has been misinterpreted, sometimes altering it will get to the response you are looking to dive into. A valuable lesson for us here is that it is better to explain in the moment that we are asking it again for a reason.
Throughout the interview, we take notes either on paper or by typing; I always try to strike a balance between listening and note-taking; however, I apologise that, on this occasion, I fell short on that.
