I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Schlitterbahn (New Braunfels, TX) in Apr 2013

Interview

I was 14, and they had a little get together for people who wanted to work. Literally filled out an application and they hired me on the spot, honestly any teen girl could get a job here. They didn't hire any guys the first year I worked there but someone must have complained so the summer of 2014 there were two guys working.
