Technical and HR - there are 2 rounds of technical interview - one was telephonic and 2nd was F2F followed by HR - I was selected. Initial posting was at Kolkata in 2007. Lat year I was relocated to Delhi due to lack of projects and growth opportunities in Kolkata. The interview process was very streamlined. I had 3 rounds of interview: 2 Functional (1 with hiring manager and other with VP) and 1 HR round. Both the functional rounds were related to job and responsibilities. The HR round was very behavioral based but more like an open conversation. Since it was more of an open conversation I was more relaxed and comfortable in sharing my views.
