I have had four stage interview. First one was by phone, then in their office with HR, then with skype with colombia manager, and last one with the general manager

Technical questions about automation and control process, Electrical circuits,
Ask about educational level, professional experience, visa type and languages that you can speak. Knowledge about the company. Hr introduced the role, salary and benefits. Arranged next interview with line manager technical staff. Knowing how to speak local language is a huge advance.
