I applied through my college in B'lore.I had applied for the role of GET in Schneider digital which was a FTE+internship.There were two rounds.First round was an aptitude+computer core concepts mcq test on AON platform.There was a game round and behavioral test after the mcq test.After 5 days I got a call for the interview.Total 84 students were shortlisted.
The next day we got a final confirmation from college side that we were selected(29 students)

The interviewer made sure that I was comfortable and it was just like a casual talk,
The interview was just about 30 minutes and after 2 hours I got a call from HR saying about my selection to the next round that is HR round.
HR was very friendly and said that all of us who made into the HR round were selected.They just wanted to know us in person.She asked about my likes and dislikes,my hobbies and etc.The next day we got a final confirmation from college side that we were selected(29 students)
The first round was gamified aptitude and technical questions. In the interview microcontroller specifications like the 8051 and ESP 32 were asked and some basic digital questions and some analog circuit design.

oa is all the basic electronics questions with some gamified rounds and behavioral questions. the technical and hr interview might differ from panel to panel. for me, technical was mostly based on my project whereas the hr round mostly revolved around the basic hr questions.
