The process has 3 stages.
Stage 1 : Online test
There were two sections. Domain specific and psychometric gamified test. Both were of good level. The question in domain specific were of advance level and requires deep core knowledge. My domain is electrical, so most of the question were related to power system , machines and netowrk. Gamified tests were test of memory power , patience , personality and presense of mind.
Stage 2: Technical interview
Very few clear test and are called for interview, 2/40 in my case.
The panel was welcoming yet they will try to lower your confidence a bit. Questions were asked mostly from what you say in introduction and related to resume projects/internships. Some questions at last were asked from domain specific knowledge.
Stage 3 : You are Moslty selected if you clear tech round untill you do something really bad in HR. HR round is very causual. No non-sense questions , just casual discussion. Very comfortable round.
