It was a group panel interview through Google Team Meeting, though the video portion did not work. Took turns answering questions from three members. Interview lasted about 30 minutes. Received a notification in the next several days for a follow up in person interview on site.

Interview
Panel interview with critical team members: plant manager, supply chain manager, finances controller and Human Resources. It was dynamic meeting between 45 -60 minutes. After the meeting the plant manager provided a plant tour.

Efficiency concepts, standard work and lean manufacturing tools
Short tour and panel interview. I have participated in many panel interviews but this one felt entirely too haphazard. 7 people interviewing and they continuously talked over each other. Not a great experience. No clear leader.
