The interview process was well-structured and thorough. It started with an initial phone call where the recruiter asked about my background, experience, and motivations for applying for the position. This gave me a chance to discuss my qualifications in detail.
After the phone interview, I was invited for a second round, which took place virtually. This stage included more in-depth questions related to the role, along with some situational and behavioral questions that tested how I would approach real-life challenges in the job.
